What is an Aroma Freedom Session?
In an Aroma Freedom Session we discover and then remove blocks and barriers to your goals and dreams so that you can have success and experience a permanent mindset shift!
When we go through experiences that our brain encodes into our memory.
It holds the picture, the feeling, the place we feel it in our body and the negative voices or lies about the situation. If we encounter that feeling, the image, or the negative voice again, our brain will try to protect us from the “danger” happening again.
There is an amazing tool called Aroma Freedom Technique (based on EMDR) that can “re-code” that memory so you can be free to move forward and achieve your goals. I am a trained Practitioner and combine the Aroma Freedom Technique Methods with Inner Healing Prayer to help people find breakthroughs!

Your Goals and Dreams
In your Aroma Freedom session we will identify a goal you have and want to reach right now in your life! The session will help create a shift in your mind and body so that you can experience that goal becoming your reality!

Identify Barriers
We also identify the barriers, known or unknown, that are preventing you from reaching your dreams and your goals.
The step by step process will reveal to you what these blocks are and then we work on removing them...

Essential Oils
We will use Young Living Essential Oils as part of the Aroma Freedom process to release negative thoughts and attitudes. This is a beautiful way method that re-patterns your mind and shifts you to transformation that is long lasting.

I am a Aroma Freedom Certified Practitioner. I combine my training in AFT with my previous training and experience to create a safe, loving space for you to experience lasting transformation!
For those who are interested I will also incorporate prayer into your session.
